About Sharxly

Sharxly is an innovative venture designed to assist people with no work experience to find work in the high-tech market.

The project was founded by us, two people who each saw the difficulty in the world of high-tech job search for juniors from their own angle.

We felt we had to change that. So we have created a platform that brings together diligent juniors and the companies that are looking for them, and through a quality selection process enables their recruitment.

About Us

Two years ago, I was right there. A young student, a future engineer, who was looking for her first job in the high-tech world.

Every day for hours on end I would send resumes, add letters, and give my all to succeed in impressing the recruiters on the other side of the keyboard.

My many wanderings around the net in search of possible jobs will frustrate me because the vast majority of places ask for some professional experience.

But of course, I did not have one.

So I tried to build myself a portfolio, one that I could present with confidence to prove my excellent abilities, but then I discovered that it is not that simple.

From the daily sense of difficulty that accompanied me, I realized that something was missing here. We are a population of juniors who are just looking for a platform that will allow us to prove ourselves and gain the experience required to be accepted for good jobs.

For this reason I believe in Sharxly, and I am here because I understand the difficulty of being an inexperienced young person who is desperate to stand out among the sea of candidates.

I believe that everyone deserves to receive a real opportunity to find a suitable job.

For the past thirty years, I have worked in the high-tech industry and delivered lectures in academia in various fields: project management, systems engineering, web technologies, and business analysis.

From my point of view, I have often seen graduates frustrated in finding a job due to their lack of experience and knowledge in the face of industry requirements.

These days the high-tech world has long been based on professional people with only engineering abilities. The reality today requires high-tech companies to measure their employees by a host of soft skills that are difficult to teach in academic institutions. Independent learning ability, interpersonal communication, systemic thinking, and teamwork are just some of the "hot" features that high-tech job seekers need.

I, therefore, believe that creating a job search process that on the one hand will allow the candidate to express his range of professional abilities alongside the interpersonal, and on the other hand will allow the company to test this by a proven job process, will lead to a win-win situation.
